Aluzinc Steel Tile Batten

Aluzinc steel tile batten is manufactured by roll-forming high-strength G550 aluzinc steel sheet with high zinc content of A120 grade. It features high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Compared with wooden tile battens, aluzinc steel battens can meet higher load-bearing requirements.

When installed at a spacing of 600mm, the maximum static load capacity of the metal batten reaches 1000 Newtons. The weight of a single roof tile is no more than 5.5kg per square meter, and the corresponding load is 5.5kg*10*9.8=539 Newtons. Normally, 3 to 4 rows of battens are used per square meter to share the load evenly, with each batten bearing only 135 Newtons on average.

Steel metal tile battens fully meet the requirements for tile fixing and structural safety.
