VILLA Corrugated Bituminous Roofing Tile

Made of wood pulp fiber pressed into a corrugated base mat, the tile is manufactured by impregnating bitumen under high temperature and high pressure. The surface is coated with UV-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant colored tile paint.

It features excellent mechanical strength, impact resistance and compression resistance, meanwhile it is lightweight and durable: only 3–4 kg per square meter, wind and hail resistant, weatherproof and anti-corrosive, with a service life of about 25–30 years.

With a large wave curvature and strong three-dimensional sense, its appearance is similar to clay roof tiles, presenting a more high-grade effect than ordinary bituminous shingles.

Waterproof & Ventilated: The corrugated structure forms an air cavity underneath for heat insulation and moisture ventilation. Double overlapping buckles effectively prevent rainwater backflow.

Fast Installation: Large-size tile design, fixed by nailing for easy and quick construction.
